Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our team.

This role combines hands-on campaign execution with increased responsibility, including managing campaigns and reporting, communicating directly with clients, and guiding performance across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

You'll work closely with strategists and producers to deliver high-impact digital campaigns that drive measurable results.

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you'll be focused on executing, building, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid search, social, and organic platforms.

In addition to being hands-on in the tools, you'll play a key role in monitoring performance and providing direct updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn
  • Optimizing campaigns using data-led insights to improve ROI and performance
  • Supporting producers and strategists in delivering a seamless client experience
  • Monitoring and ensuring campaigns remain on track
  • Creating clear, consistent reports and presenting performance updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with content, design, dev, and strategy teams to align on campaign execution
  • Utilizing tools like ClickUp, Forecast, and Harvest to manage tasks and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and LinkedIn
  • A solid track record running lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
  • Confidence working with WordPress and campaign reporting tools
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
