Results-Driven Campaign Strategist

We drive business outcomes for brands by delivering impactful campaigns that generate higher engagement, affinity, and transaction.

To succeed in this role, you must thrive on the belief that great ideas are only great if they deliver results. You need to balance both creativity and data-driven insights, imagination and activation, strategy and execution.

This position involves supporting the client and activations team in planning and implementing client campaigns. Responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, managing offline and digital channels, and delivering actionable insights to drive performance for our clients.

  • Campaign planning and implementation: Work with the team to create clear and coherent plans that support client objectives.
  • Trading all campaigns using the Spark Activation Model & Philosophy:
  • Work with the team to brief partners, evaluate responses, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Negotiate trading positions across all media ensuring all benchmarks (client & internal), trading strategies, and contractual agreements are met.

Campaign analysis and optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum ROI and campaigns are performing as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • Trading: Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
