We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Leader to drive our brand and marketing evolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with our vision and strategic goals.
  • Drive the profile and recognition of our organisation across various communities.
  • Plan and deliver national, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and PR platforms.
  • Shape and strengthen our brand identity, market positioning, and user engagement across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content and design assets while managing external creative partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and identify cost-efficient opportunities that maximise impact.
  • Track, analyse and report on marketing performance and platform metrics to inform strategy and campaign optimisation.
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee the production of marketing materials, branded assets, and promotional items.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in marketing strategy and execution with at least 5 years' experience.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strategic, proactive, self-motivated and hands-on approach.
  • Experience with PR and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Skills in relevant marketing software/tools such as Canva, META Ad Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
