About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Bolton Clarke on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Victorian Operations team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of administrative support services, including data entry, customer service, and supply management.
- Undertake day-to-day tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Field incoming telephone calls and liaise with field staff as required.
- Ensure office, medical, and equipment supplies are maintained and ordered in line with organisation policies.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Office Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in financial administrative procedures, including petty cash and accounts payable.
- Current and valid Driver's Licence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
