Job Description

We are seeking experienced Fitness Professionals to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our Key Venues section, you will be responsible for delivering first-class fitness programs and services at our aquatic and leisure centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors at our facilities
  • Develop and implement innovative fitness programs and activities to meet the needs of our diverse community
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to achieve business targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (minimum Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Registration as a Fitness Leader (AUSactive, Fitrec, Physical Activity Australia or equivalent)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding fitness services. The salary for this position starts at $31.9550 per hour, plus 25% casual loading. You will also receive a range of benefits, including leave entitlements, superannuation, and access to our fitness passport program.
