Campus Service Excellence Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location.
As a Tafe Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimising campus resources to create a safe and vibrant space that supports the needs of students and staff.

About The Role
The role involves working closely with various departments to provide exceptional customer service and support. This includes developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and community members.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and community members
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
A valid Working with Children Check is required. You must have a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, is necessary.
