**Administration Officer - Full-time/Part-time**

LFE’s Administration department requires an organised, self-motivated, energetic and reliable team member for a busy and varied environment. Primary responsibilities include: carrying out reception duties in a professional manner, supporting participants, supporting all departments within LFE and various other administrative duties.
**Essential Criteria**
- High standards of written and oral communication skills
- Professionalism and Confidence to work in a fast paced environment
- High standard of computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, MYOB and/or a propensity for learning
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to train/teach and support people to reach their full potential
- Exponent of people’s rights
- High level of self motivation and ethics
- High standard of interpersonal skills, including self-awareness
- Comfortable to work independently as well as an active team member
- Advocate on behalf of participants when necessary
- IT trouble shooting skills
- Ability to promote the rights, responsibilities and to appreciate the needs & issues of people with challenged abilities.

**Essential checks and licenses**
- Covid 19 Vaccination - Please provide a copy of your digital certificate
- NDIS Worker Clearance Screening - All successful applicants are required to obtain this clearance prior to commencement of the role. This is a mandatory clearance for the disability industry. More information can be found at Services NSW or you can speak to our HR team on 63801601
**Desirable criteria**
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Certificate in Administration
- Certificate III / IV Disabilities, or relevant qualification
- Additional skills, e.g. Auslan, specialist hobbies
- Knowledge of Disability Services Standards; Disability Services Act; Cultural Diversity; EEO & WHS
**Conditions of Employment**
- As per Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010
- Considerations for a traineeship can be discussed with successful applicant
- Consideration in hours can be discussed with successful applicant
- Subject to completion of satisfactory 6-month trial
