About the Role

We are seeking experienced Signalling Construction Managers to lead the conversion and design elements of rail projects in NSW and WA. As part of a multi-skilled team, you will work closely with clients to deliver projects within time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager to ensure client expectations are managed.
  • Manage authorities and utilities interactions across project phases.
  • Develop a design procurement strategy with the Project Leader and Project Engineer.
  • Engage cost planners to develop an overall cost plan for the project.
  • Support the Project Manager in developing an overall conversion program.
  • Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in the project.
  • Prepare project client reporting documentation in a PCG format.
  • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with client quality requirements and Australian standards.

About You

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Rail Signalling sector.
  • Knowledge of Railway Engineering standards and specifications.
  • Knowledge of modern signalling technology.
  • Knowledge of Signalling Principles.
  • Experience in managing teams for delivery phase of construction.
  • Understanding of design, problem-solving capabilities, and commercial acumen.
