About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Signalling Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations team in Sydney.

Rail Operations is an internal business unit within Laing O'Rourke, specialising in the delivery of all aspects of Rail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate railway signalling construction and installation activities to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage the signalling design contractor and design process.
  • Ensure resources, subcontracts, materials, and documentation meet project requirements.
  • Review signalling design drawings, reports, and data to ensure correctness.
  • Ensure rail safety assurance processes are followed.
  • Provide technical support to Laing O'Rourke rail projects as required.
  • Adhere to and promote Laing O'Rourke health, safety, and environmental policies.

About You

  • You will have a relevant engineering degree and significant experience in Rail Signalling on large scale civil/rail projects.
  • Rail signalling experience must be clearly reflected on your resume.
  • You will need a valid driving licence and ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
