About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Compliance Officer to join our team in the Chief Information Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital health and ICT operations are compliant with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on adherence to digital health and ICT governance processes
  • Manage compliance activities on behalf of the CIO, including tracking and reporting on governance and managerial rectification strategies
  • Maintain the digital health compliance framework, including designing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and continually improving digital health compliance management
  • Manage a compliance management system to aggregate and integrate all compliance requirements applicable to digital health and ICT operations
  • Undertake internal reviews, audits, and develop reports to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Develop and implement Compliance Action Plans in response to non-compliance, including timeframes and risk assessments with mitigation strategies
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and internal and external service providers to ensure digital health and ICT services remain compliant
  • Provide support and assistance to employees to become effectively involved in compliance activities
  • Ensure defined escalation pathways for digital health and ICT compliance, including consistent processes for management and committees to review, prioritise, and approve corrective actions
