As an Injury Management and Health Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in preventing injuries and illnesses, promoting employee wellbeing, and driving initiatives that enhance overall health.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for managing OFSC Accreditation, ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, leading internal audits, gap analysis, and accreditation renewal processes, providing HSSE technical support for project teams, and conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits on projects to ensure compliance with HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities include embedding a strong safety culture across all project phases, preparing and presenting HSSE reports for project leadership, clients, regulatory bodies, and accreditation schemes, and driving the continuous enhancement of HSSE management systems to align with corporate standards and OFSC regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also act as a key liaison with OFSC, regulatory bodies, contractors, and internal teams on safety and compliance matters.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.
