About the Role

This senior position is responsible for driving business expansion, operational excellence, and delivering strategic direction across retail, trade, and sales. As a key member of the executive team, you will set and execute the strategic plan for store operations, ensuring strong alignment across all stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a unified national retail, trade, design & operations strategy with measurable KPIs that drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and brand strength.
  • Partner with the trade team to execute and drive trade strategy and develop new initiatives to support trade targets.
  • Influence corporate strategy as a member of the executive management team.
  • Drive store operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment while minimizing operational risk.
