About the Role

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), lead quarterly financial reviews aligned with budgets and forecasts, and partner with global finance counterparts to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • External Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and file tax and statutory reports, ensure full compliance with legal and financial requirements.
  • KPI & Strategic Support: Support development and reporting of key business KPIs, contribute to strategic planning and financial goal alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years' experience in finance/administration, ideally with managerial responsibilities, strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, familiarity with systems like Navision, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office suite, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to assist beyond core finance tasks.

Key Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in finance/administration, ideally with managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with systems like Navision, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office suite.
