Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Developer to promote and maintain high-level customer service to our clients, ensuring the success, growth, and profitability of our products and services.
This role involves developing new business opportunities through interactions with existing clients and actively seeking new business within a specified market;
You will have an understanding and keen interest in local business and news while working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand our product offerings;
- Achieve revenue growth targets;
- Create high-quality sales proposals and confidently present them to clients;
- Provide exceptional after-sales services as requested to ensure that clients' expectations are met to a high standard;
- Contribute to advertising strategies; and
- Manage business and revenue risks as they arise.
Customer service or sales experience in industries including retail and hospitality.
Genuine desire to work closely with clients and deliver optimal returns for their investments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Computer literacy skills, especially with MS Office applications.
Valid driver's license.
