NAB is looking for motivated and driven Home Lending Specialists to join our Western Australian Bunbury team

In this Home Lending Specialist role, you will:

• Be customer-centric - You'll be the go-to expert for our clients, guiding them through the home loan process with personalized advice and support.
• Bring innovative solutions - Leverage NAB's cutting-edge technology and products to provide clients with seamless, efficient, and innovative lending solutions.
• Build relationships - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to expand your network and drive business growth.
• Be Results-Oriented - Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.

What you will bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A self-starter who is driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
• Experience with business development.
• Tech-savvy expertise, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred, particularly in lending.
