Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at The Sebel Busselton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and managing our Guest Experience Host team, and driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the hotel's Front Office operations to achieve market-leading customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop the skills of your team members, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that every guest interaction is personalized, efficient, and exceeds expectations.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely reports on key performance indicators, providing insights to inform business decisions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service, team leadership, and operational management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A calm and professional demeanor, with the ability to resolve conflicts and complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and systems, including property management systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
