Transformational Project Lead for Brisbane's Premier Entertainment Destination

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transformational Project Lead to join our team at The Star Brisbane. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering high-risk and large projects, working closely with senior business leaders to manage end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of projects related to The Star's People Strategy, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Monitor progress, report on milestones, and ensure alignment with expectations
  • Obtain buy-in from executives for project plans, commitments, and changes
  • Deliver comprehensive updates to the Steering committee and other governance forums
  • Maintain consistent communication with General Managers, Project teams, and project sponsors

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in HR, Business management, or Project management, with 8+ years of experience in People-related fields, including leadership roles in project delivery.
