About the Role

This Campus Support Specialist position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective campus operations. Reporting to the Campus Logistics Cluster Lead, you will provide support in logistics, asset management, and facilities functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client-focused services with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain campus assets through general maintenance, including cleaning and grounds upkeep
  • Manage inventory, storage, receiving, and distribution processes
  • Support asset and salvage management across campus sites
  • Audit WHS practices and implement risk controls as needed

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in logistics and facilities support, accompanied by strong WHS knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach.

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, inventory management, and campus or facilities support
  • Competency in maintenance and fleet management tasks
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including data entry and retrieval
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
  • Understanding of asset management principles, including State Procurement Board and TAFE SA policies
  • Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, Forklift Licence (LF), National Police Check, and Working With Children Check
  • Desirable: High-risk work licence for operating specialised equipment (e.g., Elevated Work Platforms, Crane, Hoisting)
