**Wills and Estates Law Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a Wills and Estates Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and lawyers in the preparation and management of wills, estates, and succession law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly liaise with clients, barristers, solicitors, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and case management.
  • Actively involved in day-to-day client file management, including preparing and typing legal documents, conducting research, and managing diaries.
  • Prepare briefs to barristers and assist with bills, invoices, and general administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a secretary/paralegal/law clerk in wills/estates law.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to multitask with a high level of common sense.
