Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Administration Officer Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare sector and develop their skills in administration.

Job Description:

This role will provide administrative support to our health care services, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Managing phone calls, messages, and emails in accordance with our triage process
  • Booking appointments and maintaining specialist calendars
  • Ensuring confidentiality when dealing with patient information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with culturally diverse people
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
  • Current and valid National Police Check

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation, access to salary packaging, and a fixed-term full-time position for up to 12 months. You will also have the opportunity to obtain a Certificate III in Business Administration upon completion.
