
HR Business Partner

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced People & Culture professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide proactive HR support to various departments.
About the Role:This role will involve providing best practice HR service and advice on talent management, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, work health and safety, and diversity & inclusion. You will also be responsible for supporting departments with all facets of HR duties, including employment matters, recruitment, performance management, new starter and exit information, and review processes.
- Supporting departments with HR duties and acting as the go-to person for People and Culture related queries;
- Providing proactive and best practice HR service and advice on talent management, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, work health and safety, and diversity & inclusion;
- Working closely with the Talent team across different aspects of the recruitment process, including approval processes, contracts, and visa assistance;
- Coordinating and facilitating company-wide events, social events, and internships.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and best practice HR service and advice;
- Support departments with all facets of HR duties;
- Work closely with the Talent team;
- Coordinate and facilitate company-wide events.

Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- Proven experience in HR or a related field;
- Ability to provide proactive HR support to various departments;
