Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in assisting supported employees in reaching their fullest potential in warehousing and packaging tasks.

About Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is enthusiastic about working with people living with disabilities. As a Job Coach, you will work closely with our supported employees, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their personal employment goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and engage others. You will also need to be able to prioritize workload, multitask, and respond to emergency situations.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tackling new challenges daily. Together, we assess and overcome obstacles, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Experience working with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
  • Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, multitask and respond to emergency situations.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.

Schedule and Location

This is a casual position with shift work arrangements. Work will be performed in-person at our warehouse locations in Rocklea and Tingalpa.
