Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Advocate to champion our customers' success. This role involves providing exceptional support, education, and guidance to ensure an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust and rapport with customers across all channels—phone, email, and live chat—to provide proactive customer-obsessed problem-solving.
  • Help customers navigate the platform, from onboarding and making their first trade to troubleshooting issues.
  • Work toward individual and team targets and KPIs, documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Assist leaders with training and developing new team members and help create new campaigns, scripting, and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest in the crypto industry and macro environment to identify opportunities to improve our department.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with inbound or outbound calls and working toward targets or KPIs is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and commitment to consistently improving your skills and knowledge.
