Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our accounts receivable team, driving results through effective mentorship and teamwork.

The Role:
  • Lead and guide a high-performing team of accounts receivable specialists to achieve business objectives and foster strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payments, and fund application.
  • Resolve escalated customer queries, disputes, or issues in a timely and professional manner.

For this position, we require an experienced leader with exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid grasp of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts receivable processes and teams.

Please note: This role requires working on site at our HQ. We only consider applications from candidates residing in the Northern Rivers area.
