We’re passionate about delivering quality service, and we’re looking for an **Accounts Receivable Team Leader** to join our dynamic team.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
- Handle escalated customer queries, disputes, or payment issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Generate and analyse reports on ageing, collections, and cash flow to identify trends and improvements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Deliver training to team members on processes, systems, and best practice.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, tech, and customer service teams to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage case work across multiple stakeholders, including investigating complaints, collecting payments, and updating job details.
- Ensure accurate completion of rebate documentation in Formbay to meet compliance standards.

**What You Bring**:

- ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- ✔ Ability to manage high-pressure situations and de-escalate effectively.
- ✔ A proven multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- ✔ Prior experience with Xero or similar accounting systems.
- ✔ Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- ✔ Familiarity with a SaaS CRM (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
- ✔ Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

**Quallifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; professional accounting qualification desirable
- Proven experience managing AR operations including billing, collections, reconciliation
