Casual Educational Support Coaches work one-on-one with students to help complete curriculum tasks, develop learning skills, and become independent learners. This involves:

  • Assisting students with assignment completion and study skills
  • Developing strategies to support students with varying abilities and learning styles
  • Providing individualized support to enhance student engagement and motivation

For this position, you will have:

  • A Diploma or Certificate in Education Support or a related field
  • Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
