About The Opportunity
]We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and providing tailored support to overcome barriers to education and employment.
]Key Responsibilities:
]- Student Support: Identify students at risk and develop strategies to address their barriers to training and employment.]
- Mentorship: Provide direct support to students undertaking accredited training activities, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated throughout their course.]
- Client Management: Maintain accurate client files and records, liaising closely with other stakeholders as required.]

- A person who can make informed decisions and take initiative to address student barriers.]
- A person who is committed to delivering high-quality support to students.]
Judgement & Problem Solving
]- Engage appropriate support and activities for students to assist in overcoming barriers to education and employment.]
Supervision & Independence
]- Seek broad direction on activities from the Education Manager.]
- Make decisions and implement activities as required to ensure timely support for students.]
