Job Title: Education Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Coach to support, coach and develop our Associates in becoming effective teachers and leaders committed to addressing educational disadvantage.

This role will collaborate across various functions to contribute to the design and delivery of regional professional development for our Associates. The successful candidate will also work with external stakeholders to provide cohesive, holistic support for our Associates.

About the Opportunity:

  • Support and coach Associates to become effective teachers and leaders

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaborative working practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
