Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, leveraging expertise to drive positive change and growth.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent degree.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical care within a relevant specialty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on achieving desirable outcomes.
