We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Patient Care Provider to play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care at our hospital.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes and collaborates effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and continuously improve care standards.
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA is essential.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- Experience in acute hospital settings and understanding of evidence-informed practice are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Recent experience in an acute hospital setting or equivalent deemed appropriate by management.
