Grill'd is a dynamic and growing company that offers a unique blend of great food, excellent customer service, and a fun work environment. We're looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our team at Grill'd restaurants across Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant.
  • Work closely with our Restaurant Managers and Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.
  • Empower your team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports.
  • Organized and able to thrive in a high-energy working environment.
  • A customer-first approach and a passion for the hospitality industry.
