Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

Chatkazz Adelaide, a renowned Indian restaurant, is seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menus, specials, and promotions.
  • Manage and maintain the restaurant's appearance, including cleanliness, decor, and ambiance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety protocols.
