
Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. As an essential member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
Your primary duties will include preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices. You will also coordinate delivery schedules and logistics, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues related to orders and billing.
In addition, you will generate and maintain sales reports, monitor inventory levels, and liaise with logistics or warehouse teams to ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Order Processing: Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and billing in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and trends.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics or warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration support role.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle concerns professionally.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales/order processing software.
