Project Management Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning through to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project programs, budgets and contract administration.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with specifications, approved plans and client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Demonstrate leadership in regard to safety, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of people on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials and services in line with the program.
  • Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices and claims.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits, internal site meetings and assist with pre-starts and toolbox meetings as required.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Civil engineering degree and 3+ years industry experience delivering multiple civil construction projects.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously demonstrating foresight planning, sound judgement and decision making.
