We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades, establishing reliable trade relationships, and building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage trades to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including OH&S and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage day-to-day operations on site, including supplier management and administrative tasks.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to key stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Experience in residential construction, supervising home builds, or a strong trade background.
- A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and quality assurance systems.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have completed the General Construction Induction Course/White Card.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in managing and developing trade networks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
