Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating daily service across the venue with attention to detail and high service standards
  2. Guiding and supporting team members during shifts to ensure seamless service delivery
  3. Leading by example and maintaining high service standards
  4. Providing top-notch customer service and handling guest inquiries with professionalism
  5. Ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
  6. Upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in food and beverage service with a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and positive attitude
  3. High level of attention to detail and service presentation with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  4. Professional grooming and presentation with a commitment to upholding the company's values and standards
  5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and a strong commitment to responsible service practices
  6. A team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team's success
