Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee our dining services.

This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • To ensure that all food and beverage areas are presented in an attractive and well-maintained condition.
  • Responsible for training staff to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash handling and implement policies to prevent losses.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Develop knowledge of POS systems and maintain efficient operations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in supervising food and beverage teams.
  • Hold a current RSA license and be aware of OH&S guidelines.
  • Barista coffee training preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Morning shifts with rotating days off.
