We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent at Oaks Port Douglas Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and proactive guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently handle guest queries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient front office operation.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a high standard of service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months hotel front office experience.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge, with training provided for our reservations system.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift, including nights and weekends.
