Administrative Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and leadership-skilled individual to assist in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of our front office teams.
This is a permanent part-time role, offering a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight, covering a 7-day rotating roster.
The successful candidate will be primarily based in the Emergency Department, overseeing its day-to-day operations and supporting the Front Office Manager as part of the broader Hospital Administration Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing staff rosters and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Preparing and submitting daily operational reports.
- Managing staff performance, addressing issues proactively.
- Conducting probation reviews and supporting staff development.
Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining good working relations with others are essential for this role.
Requirements:- A National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- A Working-With-Children check may be required according to the role.
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases may also be necessary.
