Program Manager

 

Job Summary

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of banking by leading technology transformation of critical business capabilities.

You will be part of a team that delivers technology change for everyday banking services, including Payment Switching, Cards/Scheme networks, ATM and Cash technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of technology change in the Payments domain, prioritizing demand, managing scope, budget, and timeline, as well as project governance and delivery.
  • Manage and report program/project delivery against agreed milestones, ensuring suitable resource capacity is available to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Grow relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing direction and influence in the formulation of requirements/scope, in line with strategic direction for business and technology.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to agreements.
  • Identify, monitor, report, and escalate risks and issues, challenging and influencing to resolve.
  • Plan and execute optimised test and release plans, including quality assurance and testing automation uplifts.
Requirements
  • A track record of delivering complex projects in the Payments/Cards domain, including Scheme networks.
  • Prior experience in Payment Switching, ATM, Point of Sale, Cash, Cards technologies.
  • Experience in software delivery, improving testing/quality measures, and release management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and collaboration skills, including management of suppliers and strategic partners.
