The Senior ServiceNow Engineer position at Lifeblood is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow instances. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Service Managers, Service Owners, Program/Project Managers, IT Operations, Customer, Manufacturing, Data Engineering & Cloud Enablement, and Vendors to ensure the smooth operation of our ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, support, and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet the needs of Lifeblood's business operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement and automation, and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
- Implement and deliver solutions that address requirements, considering process design and ServiceNow technical best practice standards.
- Provide hands-on technical delivery, including development, testing, and implementation, of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
- Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
- Organize and prioritize development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating team contributions to deliverables.
- Assist in uplifting staff capability through mentoring, feedback, and support of other employees.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules of ServiceNow.
- ITILv4 foundations certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
