- Mentor a team of engineers, providing growth opportunities and constructive feedback to ensure their professional development.
- Promote adoption of automation solutions, designing and implementing adoption plans to track usage metrics and optimize performance.
- Evaluate build vs buy decisions, leading rapid scoping and ROI modeling to inform strategic investments.
- Ensure secure, API-first architecture through technical oversight and guidance.
- Make informed decisions that align work with commercial returns and customer outcomes.
- Experience delivering internal systems and automation projects in complex environments.
- Proven leadership experience, growing and mentoring engineers to achieve individual and team goals.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, system ownership, and change management principles.
- Commercial acumen, confident in ROI modeling and impact-led prioritization.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integration design, and security best practices.
