Job Description

The Asana team is responsible for driving business growth and building a brand that customers love.

As an Optimisation manager, you will own experimentation across key customer content and surfaces that support their adoption and retention of Asana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop optimisation strategies for owned digital content, focusing on content that drives adoption and retention.
  • Create quarterly experimentation roadmaps for key customer surfaces.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities in the Customer Journey.
  • Define and align KPIs with cross-functional partners for adoption and retention.
  • Identify and execute personalization opportunities on customer surfaces.
  • Use AI tools for advanced A/B testing analysis and insights.

About You:

  • 4+ years of Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing experience, ideally with some experience in adoption and/or customer retention.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Strong data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with user-tracking and qualitative data.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and web design best practices.
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency preferred.
