Community Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their own homes, providing high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treat clients with a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning and rehabilitation
  • Provide personable, high-quality, affordable care to our valued clients in the community
  • Treat injuries, reduce pain, falls and balance training
  • Provide Collaborative Falls Management Intervention including Exercise Programs
  • Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders
  • Provide rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current Full AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Police Check
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Level 2 First Aid
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Flu vaccination
  • COVID-19 vaccination
