Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at HealthcareLink as a Community Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Treating Clients in Their Homes: You will work with clients to understand and maximize their potential in the comfort and convenience of their own space.
- Providing Personable Care: You will provide personable, high-quality, and affordable care to our valued clients in the community.
- Treating Injuries and Conditions: You will treat a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning, and rehabilitation.
- Collaborative Falls Management: You will provide Collaborative Falls Management Intervention, including Exercise Programs, to help clients prevent falls and maintain their independence.
- Assessment and Treatment: You will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders.
- Rehabilitation Programs: You will provide rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice.
- Travel Reimbursements: You will receive travel reimbursements for client visits.
- Team Awards and Recognition: You will be eligible for monthly team awards and recognition.
- Flexibility: You will have the flexibility to create your own personalized schedule.
- Ongoing Training and Support: You will receive ongoing training and support, including fortnightly mentoring and supervision.
- Administration Support: You will have access to administration support and a team of experienced clinicians.
- Tertiary Qualification: You must hold a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- AHPRA Registration: You must be currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Physiotherapy.
- Driver's Licence: You must hold a valid driver's licence.
- Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills.
- Police Check and NDIS Workers Check: You must have a current Police Check and NDIS Workers Check.
- Level 2 First Aid: You must hold a current Level 2 First Aid certificate.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance: You must have professional indemnity insurance.
- Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination: You must be up-to-date with your flu and COVID-19 vaccination.
