About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused leader to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our Early Learning Centre in Point Cook North. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a modern centre and a high-performing team.

As a leader, you will be responsible for leading a highly engaged and dedicated team in the exceptional delivery of the National Quality Framework in both a long day care and sessional kinder setting. You will experience specialist support from a diverse and caring team, as you lead community and family engagement, with children's potential at the heart of our service philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators in delivering high-quality early learning education and care to children aged six weeks to five years old.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the centre's performance and achieve excellence in the National Quality Framework.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the centre's vision and goals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood/Children's Services or similar.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience that inspires and motivates people across the function to perform to their best.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and understanding in the implementation and ongoing management of the National Quality Framework.
