Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system for timely deliveries.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Prepare credit notes, raise invoices, and ensure delivery of documents to drivers and the sales team.
  • Assist in organising and managing driver runs to guarantee efficient and timely deliveries.
  • Scan, file, and manage proof of delivery documents for easy access and review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate client accounts and data within the system, ensuring smooth and effective customer interactions.
