We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of road construction and maintenance projects in the Central Coast / Mackay region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, with experience in planning, designing, and delivering infrastructure projects.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Civil Engineer or Project Manager looking to take on a leadership role. As a Civil Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • You will work closely with our team of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • You will ensure that all projects are delivered safely, with minimal disruption to the community.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in road construction and maintenance, with a proven track record in project management.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
