Job Overview

As a Portfolio Performance Lead, you'll play a crucial role in aligning delivery roadmaps to strategic priorities, tracking progress against objectives, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and ways of working.

  • Drive alignment between planning and delivery by coordinating portfolio roadmaps with the broader strategy.
  • Define and continuously improve methods of working across the portfolio and key interfaces.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including portfolio planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain visibility of the portfolio's book of work using tools like JIRA.
  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks or delivery challenges, and lead resolution efforts.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives that enhance how teams work and deliver outcomes.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field, and ideally Agile certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance-oriented roles such as project delivery, consulting, business analysis, or stakeholder management.
  • Strong relationships and delivering change in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • A commercial mindset and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to break down initiatives using tools like JIRA.
