- Participate in client discussions to position the firm's capabilities effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that supports high-performance outcomes.
- Mentor and coach consultants, providing regular feedback and supporting career advancement.
- Conduct skills assessments and recommend cross-training opportunities.
- Manage team performance and utilization targets, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Workday Finance practice, driving key initiatives and innovation efforts.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning through internal forums and discussions.
- 5–7 years of experience in Workday Finance implementation or equivalent ERP experience.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant on complex Workday projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in sales support, including estimating and presenting to clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Workday certifications in Financials or related modules.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
